Returns: The following products can be returned, subject to a 15% re-stocking fee: all solid unfinished wood flooring products except special orders. Only unopened and undamaged cartons may be returned. Returns are not accepted for special orders and pre-finshed products.
Due to the wide variety of products and color choices in the Great Lake's line, we are unable to stock every single product and color. Though we may be able to deliver your product within one week, please allow up to four weeks for delivery of some products not in stock, including all Exotics.
